    Do you ship worldwide, and how?
    Yes, we ship worldwide via courier.  All orders are delivered within 2-7 working days (Monday-Friday) depending on your location. Please see the region guide below for expected shipping times. 

    You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order online. A second email confirmation with the tracking number will be sent once your order has been despatched.  Please ensure you provide the correct email address with your order and check that our email hasn't been filtered to your spam/junk mail!

    As we ship by courier, a signature confirming receipt of the package is required for delivery. Please make sure there is someone available at the delivery address to accept and sign for the parcel. If there is no one available, the courier will contact you (either by leaving a card asking you to re-arrange a delivery time or by contacting you on the phone number provided with your order). If multiple attempts have been made to deliver without success, the courier may return the parcel back to us. To avoid this, please ensure someone is available to sign for the delivery of the parcel. When placing your order at check out, you may select an alternate delivery address (i.e, office) different to your billing address.


    Please note that the courier does not ship to P.O.Boxes.

    UK - 3-6 business days
    USA/Canada - 3-6 business days
    Europe - 2-6 business days
    UAE/Qatar/Middle East - 2-4 business days
    Rest of World - 3-6 business days
    Please note that the couriers stipulate the above shipping times and on the rare occasion, delays do occur. If you wish to follow up on your order please contact the courier company directly with your tracking number - this will be a much more efficient way of tracking down your package as to why there could be a delay.     Shipping Costs

    The checkout procedure will calculate your shipping fees to your country during the payment process. Shipping costs will vary depending on the volume and location. We do combine shipping for multiple purchases.  You will be able to see the final prices before you confirm your payment and choose your preferred method of shipping.


    Customs and Duty Charges

    Please note we are not responsible for any custom charges that incur as customs are out of our scope, so please check with your customs department if you are concerned about this. Please bear in mind that custom charges and duties very rarely occur, but if they do, it is the responsibility of the customer to bear the costs.

    Returns
    If you wish to return your order for any reason and obtain a refund/exchange, please contact us immediately upon receiving the order for return instructions- we will do our best to accommodate any situation.

    Please note that we can only refund the item if the item is in perfect wearable and unworn condition ( free of stains, scents and signs of wear) and it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the goods returned are safely and securely packaged. Refunds are processed when we receive the items (within 10-14 working days). All refunds will be be processed with through PayPal or the original mode of payment.  Unfortunately, we do not refund the original shipping fees or pay for return postage.

        ✓    Dress must be in unworn, original condition
        ✓    Use a reliable postal service that offers registered/express mail services with trackable options (e.g, Parcel Force /Royal Mail in the UK, USPS in the US)
